The search for the perfect bag

I've been on the search for the perfect bag. I tried a crossbody bag by Brittany Walker. I loved how it turned out. I made a plain one for me, and an embellished one for my cousin's birthday.

My next attempt was a granny-grid tote. I found the pattern in one of my mom's old magazines. I loved how it turned out, but I just don't know what to carry in it.

The next bag isn't one of my favorites. I found it in the same magazine as the granny-grid tote. It was described as a beach bag, but I thought it would be for my library books. I was extremly excited. I lined the handles and inside of the bag. But even after lining it so carefully, it turned out the weight of the books were too much. So, it turns out that it was only a beach bag.

This one I've been working on for over a year. It's a windmill bag by Cindy Adams. I lined it with a shirt that was now too small. I love it, but I'm still looking for the perfect bag.

This next bag is a mother-daughter knit-along. I'm working on this bag with my mom. The bag we're making is a pyramid tote by Jennifer Pace of Pipp's Purses.
